Mickey Hart's • Planet Drum SUPRALINGUA (August, 1998) pairs Mickey's trademark array of musicians and instrumentation from around the globe with state-of-the-art technology, and weaves it together with exquisite vocalizations. Jorge Bermudez was one of many percussionists on this production.

1996 Olympic Games

Along with Zakir Hussain, Giovanni Hidalgo, and Philip Glass, Mickey composed a percussion extravaganza for the Opening Ceremony of the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta. The piece was performed by an assembly of 100 percussionists.

Jorge served as Mickey Hart's private conga teacher in Spring '98.
